Privacy and cookies

Print3DLab, based on the Central Coast, NSW, runs this website. This page explains what we collect and why, and the cookies we use.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it

To run the shop we use service providers that handle your information for us: Stripe (payments), Supabase (the database and sign-in), Vercel (the website hosting), Resend (emails) and Australia Post (delivery). Some of them may process information outside Australia. We share only what each one needs to do its job.

Cookies and similar storage

This site only uses what it needs to work. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use analytics.

Sign-inA cookie that keeps you signed in to your account. It is only set if you sign in.
Your cartYour cart is kept in your browser's own storage so it is still there when you come back. If you are signed in it is also saved to your account.
StripeWhen you pay, Stripe's page may set its own cookies to keep the payment secure. They are covered by Stripe's own policy.

Because these are only needed to run the site, there is no cookie consent pop-up. If we ever add analytics or advertising, we will update this page and ask you first. You can clear cookies and stored data in your browser settings at any time, which will sign you out and empty your cart.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted (apart from records we must keep), by emailing labels@print3dlab.com.au. If you are not happy with how we handle a request, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
