The website and everything on it belong to Print3DLab, including the label designers, the way labels are laid out and prepared for production, the order forms and spreadsheets, the software, the page designs, the text, the product images and renders, and the label wording and layouts we have prepared. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

What you may not do

• Copy, reproduce, republish, sell or build a competing product or service from the website, its designers, its layouts or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code, the pricing logic or the production file processes.
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect content, prices or designs, or to place load on the site.
• Try to get into parts of the site, or other people's accounts or orders, that you are not allowed to use.

You may use the site normally to design and order labels, and you may print or save pages for your own records.

Your designs

You keep the rights in the designs, text, logos and images you upload or create. By placing an order you give Print3DLab permission to use them to make your order and to keep a copy so we can remake or check it. You confirm that you have the right to use everything in your design, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Standards and labelling guidance

The pages about standards, the requirements by industry and state, and the compliance label kits are a guide only. They are not legal or technical advice. Standards and state rules change, so the installer or owner remains responsible for choosing the right labels and wording and for following the current edition of each standard and the rules of the local regulator.

Orders and prices

Prices and shipping are confirmed by our server at checkout and are in Australian dollars. Labels are made to order from the design you approve at checkout, so please check your text and sizes before you pay. Because every order is made to your design, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your labels arrive faulty, damaged or not as ordered, contact us and we will remake or replace them. We usually dispatch within 1 to 3 business days by Australia Post. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
